what better way to celebrate my impending birthday than to wear my birthday dress from last year? actually i think it might have been from 2-3 years ago but whatevaaaa. joe bought it for me at one of my fave stores in new york, pixie market (we lived there at the time) specifically to wear on my birthday!

antique mall

last weekend we went to the antique mall in orange. not only was it the first day of "spring forward" but the sun was shining extra bright and hot so it felt exactly like a lovely summer's day. i snagged a few vintage tops, dresses, cups and trinkets, but the real fun was just looking at all of it. the "mall" we were in had 125 different stalls of beyond amazing goodies ranging from silverware to toys to clothes to furniture. some in pristine condition and some pre-loved. joe snapped a few pics when we were walking down the sun-drenched streets after the shopathon and right before our spanish feast...
